Yoga and Kayaking retreat
East Dover will be the location of a Yoga and Sea Kayaking retreat from the evening of Friday July 31st to Sunday August 2nd.
Enjoy a invigorating weekend of kayaking combined with Yoga at the Shining Bay Yoga studio by the water with Yoga Instructor Sean Drohan and kayaking guide Glenn Coltman of NovaShores Adventures.
